Coconut Water Pineapple Jelly
Coconut water pineapple jelly is a refreshing, tropical dessert made by combining pineapple-flavored jelly with coconut water.

Ingredients
- 1 Carton Pineapple Jelly
- Cup of Boiling Coconut Water
- 1 Cup of Cold Coconut Water
- Jelly Mould
Directions
- Add one cup of boiling coconut water to the gelatin dessert mix.
- Stir until dissolved.
- Add one cup of cold coconut water.
- Pour very gently into the moulds and leave to cool.
- Once cool, place the mixture in the refrigerator until set (2 - 4 hours).
- Turn out and serve and enjoy.
